Volunteer Shirts are back!
​- First 100 volunteers will receive a t-shirt (sizes not guaranteed)

We will need to call on lots of volunteers to help our event run smoothly. With help from friendly, supportive community members, we can put our best foot forward to welcome runners to beautiful Bemidji.

Click this link for volunteer options, including positions inside and outside the Sanford Center, as well as course and water station positions.

For water station positions, we suggest signing up as a group with at least the number of people listed by that position on the volunteer page. These are a great opportunity for community or college groups/clubs, families, or businesses. 

For water stations and/or course positions: Feel free to have FUN out there! Bring music, noise makers, and signs. Decorate the area and/or dress up in a fun way.
