Are you looking for a Paul Bunyan sized challenge? We invite you to take part in the 
ALL NEW 26K race (around Lake Bemidji).
  • This race is the same price as the Half Marathon. We invite you to take the challenge!
  • This race will loop the entire Lake Bemidji starting and finishing at the Sanford Center.
  • The route is fairly flat consisting of about 70% paved bike trail and 30% paved road.

The Blue Ox Half Marathon is a scenic road course on all paved roads and trails. 

Runner in the Half will be bused to a starting line approximately 3 miles up the Paul Bunyan Trail to the Half Marathon Starting Line. This will allow runner to complete a Half Marathon and finish at the Sanford Center.
